Error: There's no valid login information!
Please log into the ESL page and restart Aequitas
Remember that you always need a valid Loginsession on the ESL website.

Keep getting this error despite the fact that I am logged in at the ESL site at the time.

Fix: You have to login once on the www.esl.eu website. You should normally be prompted with a "One-Click Login" pop-up, where you just have to accept logging in on that part of our website. If you don't get that pop-up try logging in manually. After you have logged in on the esl.eu site restart Aequitas and request your Aequitas password again.
