    Where does the money go to?
    To the parent company, Turtle Entertainment GmbH located in Cologne, Germany. Turtle Entertainment: founded in 2000 Turtle Entertainment GmbH is specialized in eSports (electronic Sports) and Multiplayer Gaming. With ca. 140 employees Turtle Entertainment is the owner of the biggest league for computergames: the Electronic Sports League ("ESL").

    Do I get a special treatment with protests etc?
    A Premium member has to obey to the same rules as any other member; there are no special treatments in protests, penalty points or others. A Premium member can also be kicked and banned from a league if he does not comply to the rules.

    Faster support?
    No, support is not dependent on a Premium Account. Support is given by Game Admins on a voluntary base and is not financed by the Premium account.
